The Corporate Accountant, reporting to the Director of Accounting & Finance, will serve as a key contributor to the financial health and operational success of the organization. This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely financial support and reporting for corporate entities, ensuring reliability and efficiency in all accounting processes. Core responsibilities include the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

For over 50 years, our client has been a highly respected general contractor, specializing in institutional, commercial, and industrial construction. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of projects and providing leadership to the project team.

Il sera également responsable de la gestion des opérations comptables, des achats et des systèmes d'information afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement des activités manufacturières.

Relevant de la Directrice de la comptabilité, le comptable est responsable de la gestion financière des baux et de la tenue de livres pour un portefeuille immobilier. Il participe activement à l'ensemble du cycle comptable, des facturations à l'analyse des écarts budgétaires, tout en collaborant avec différents départements internes.

Relevant du Directeur Principal Finance, le Manager de l'information financière sera responsable de collaborer et coordonner les processus touchant à : préparation des états financiers consolidés et autres rapports financiers de la compagnie, assurer le respect des normes comptables, gestions des dossiers relatifs à la fiscalité, coordonner le processus d'évaluation d'actifs avec les évaluateurs externes.

Relevant directement du Vice-président des Finances, le Contrôleur Corporatif occupe un rôle central. Il a pour mission principal la supervision des opérations comptables et financières, la production des rapports financiers et réglementaires, la planification budgétaire et les prévisions financières.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will assist the VP of Development and Construction with site logistics, estimating/budget-related duties during the pre-construction phase. You will ensure accurate project documentation, cost analysis, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

They have a strong history of successfully completing significant projects for various public sector clients, particularly in the fields of education, health care, and municipal or provincial government. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team.
